Welcome to Hotel Sacher Vienna, the city’s only privately run luxury hotel, located directly across from the Vienna State Opera. Since 1876, our house has stood for Viennese charm, contemporary luxury, and genuine hospitality.

Whether in our award-winning restaurant, the legendary Café Sacher, or one of our 152 elegantly furnished rooms and suites – tradition and modernity come together to create a truly unique experience, not only for our guests but also for our team.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Revenue Manager!

This could be your day:

  • Develop and execute smart, market-driven revenue strategies
  • Optimize pricing, inventory, and channel mix to boost performance
  • Lead OTA, GDS, and distribution relationships to increase direct bookings
  • Analyze key KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy) to inform decisions
  • Forecast demand and align with sales, marketing, and operations
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve
  • Train teams and foster a strong revenue-focused culture

What you bring:

  • Solid experience in revenue management within the luxury hotel sector, ideally across multiple properties or a cluster environment
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • Expertise with key systems: Opera (PMS), PACE Revenue (RMS), SynXIS (CRS), and OTA Insight (Rate Shopper)
  • Proficient in revenue management software and data analytics tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic thinker who brings creativity and innovation to revenue planning
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus

What we offer:

  • A dynamic role within a prestigious, family-owned Leading Hotel of the World with a strong tradition and international reputation
  • Access to tailored training and development programs through our in-house Sacher School of Excellence
  • A warm, inclusive and supportive working environment
  • Exclusive employee and family benefits across the Sacher Group and beyond
  • Complimentary meals in our staff restaurant Cantinetta
  • Financial support for commuting: €365 towards a public transport pass or e-bike leasing
  • Subsidized childcare support and participation in our annual Kids Week at the hotel, designed to support working parents
A gross salary based on the collective agreement for the gastronomy and hotel industry, with a clear commitment to pay above the minimum based on your qualifications and experience

Become part of the Sacher family – we look forward to receiving your application!
