Who are you
You are an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in video marketing and YouTube strategies. With at least 3 years of experience in an agency setting, you excel at building and maintaining client relationships and are dedicated to their success.Your strategic mindset allows you to offer expert insights tailored to each client's unique goals, particularly in the realm of YouTube marketing.
Your tasks- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Growth & Upselling Opportunities: Identify and analyze opportunities for upselling additional services that align with clients' goals.
- Strategic YouTube Consultation: Act as a strategic partner to clients by providing expert insights and recommendations tailored to their YouTube marketing goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other account managers, consultants, and designers to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide clients with regular updates and reports on project progress, campaign performance, and insights gained from analytics.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video and YouTube marketing.
Are you interested?
It’s a match if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and video marketing, preferably on the agency side.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Above-average affinity for video and YouTube, with a strong understanding of the platform's potential for business.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive customer success.
- A team-oriented mindset, with experience collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- An optimistic outlook, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of additional European languages.
Our stack/how we work
We use Coda as our project management tool, along with Slack, Google Suite, Canva, Happyscribe, and more.Our team connects through weekly standups and one-on-one meetings. Communication happens via Slack, while more extensive discussions take place in video calls. We also hold brainstorming sessions and workshops in person at the office when needed.
