What you'll get to do
We're looking for an HR Generalist ready to claim ownership of HR responsibilities for executing core people processes, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR administration, to ensure consistent and efficient operations.You will be a key executor of essential HR functions, ensuring smooth and reliable delivery of daily HR operations. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL- Serve as the first point of contact for our employees and leaders in Croatia
- Guide employees through the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience
- Oversee personnel administration, including absences, time tracking, work permits, tax-ID-card registrations, document creation, and training coordination
- Take charge of employment contracts as well as preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Prepare all documents and input for the monthly payroll and act as the liaison with our local external payroll provider
- Promote continuous improvement and maintain rigor in data accuracy and HRIS management
- Work closely together with the international HR team
- You have several years of experience as HR Generalist or a similar position
- Our ideal candidate has a degree in HR or a similar education
- You possess in-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- You have impeccable language English language, other language skills are a plus
- Ideally, you have worked in an international environment previously
- You are service-oriented, well organized and provide a hands-on mentality
- You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of team cohesion

The annual gross minimum salary in Austria is according to the IT collective agreement. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
