The Business Development International team is a young, dynamic team with diverse backgrounds, such as strategic consulting or banking. Together, we drive key strategic initiatives (KSI) and actively shape their implementation across all business models and countries within the UNIQA Group.

We are currently looking for support on a variety of exciting topics - ranging from the execution of strategic projects to contributing to innovative growth and transformation initiatives.

As an intern, you will be fully integrated into the team and work on a broad range of strategic tasks. You will support us in ongoing key projects and also independently manage (sub-)projects. You will actively contribute to the implementation of our new corporate strategy "Growing Impact," thus making a direct contribution to the further development of UNIQA.

What to expect:

• Support the selection, preparation and execution of key strategic initiatives across various business areas and international markets
• Drive strategic projects in close collaboration with senior management
• Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses to identify growth and innovation opportunities
• Prepare executive meetings and strategy workshops with sharp insights and well-founded recommendations
• Work in agile structures with high autonomy, acting as a sparring partner for various stakeholders on transformation and growth topics

What we expect:

• Ongoing or completed studies in a business-related field with exceptional grades (business administration, economics, economic sciences, etc.) with a focus on strategy and/or project management
• Ideally, previous internships in management consulting and/or corporate strategy
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to structure complex problems and derive tangible solutions
• Using data, facts, and logical reasoning to make rational decisions
• High level of commitment, independence, and self-motivation for personal development
• Communicative team player with experience working with a variety of stakeholders
