Operations Specialist

Stable industrial environment in Vienna's inner district. Be part of an international, highly motivated team!

Your Tasks

In the role of the Operations Specialist you handle the complete (commercial) order adminstration of special purpose industrial equipment. You act as the interface between our customers, the sales team and the factories.

Specific tasks include
  • Quotations
  • Order Input
  • Paper work, shipping documents
  • Project follow up and through
  • Invoicing
  • Payment check

Your Skills and Experiences

We look for someone with experience in handling complex projects and being familiar with industrial environments.
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft products like Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Project Managent

Our Company

Nippon Rika is an international industrial company with head quarter in Tokyo, Japan. We supply high voltage insulation materials and workshop equipment for our customers, all based in heavy machinery industry. Our production locations include Japan, Vietnam, France and Canada.

The branch office in Vienna, Austria, is responsible for our European sales activities and business administration.

Salary

The actual minimum salary is 2,150 EUR gross per month (on a 30-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year. The collective agreement KV Handel applies.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off.
