Your Mission

As a Process & Product Lifecycle Manager Mechatronics, you will contribute to the long-term success of the Mechatronics product line by supporting product rollouts, industrialization activities, and lifecycle management. You will collaborate closely with global teams and partners to ensure that our mechatronic solutions continue to enable efficient, reliable, and sustainable energy production and distribution.

• Position products competitively by aligning them with pricing strategies and market needs
• Lead value engineering initiatives to enhance performance, cost efficiency, and customer value
• Analyze costs and contribution margins and drive improvement actions
• Monitor product costs throughout the industrialization phase of new developments
• Develop and optimize quotation tools that support the quote-to-order process
• Ensure competitive lead times and oversee related service level agreements
• Manage product lifecycle activities with emphasis on electrical components and assemblies
• Support the Global Product Manager in achieving growth and financial targets through structured product management activities

• Applying your technical education in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
• Thinking and acting with a customer-centric mindset, demonstrating positivity and goal orientation
• Working effectively in a matrix organization and adapting to a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Leveraging product management experience, ideally with 2+ years in a similar role
• Using MS Office and SAP, plus MS Teams and MS SharePoint, confidently
• Communicating fluently in German and English
• Driving independently with a valid European driving license

• Shaping the future of mechatronic products used in critical energy and compression applications
• Collaborating with global teams across engineering, operations, sales, R&D, IT, and controlling
• Gaining deep insights into product development, industrialization, and lifecycle management
• Playing an active role in value engineering and product optimization initiatives
• Working closely with OEMs and end-users on meaningful technical and commercial topics
• Contributing to sustainable energy solutions that support a better tomorrow
• Being part of an open and supportive feedback culture that values initiative and growth
• Competitive Compensation: A gross annual salary based on wage structure agreements starting at EUR 55,000.- adjusted according to individual qualifications and experience. Many additional benefits, including access to an on-site canteen and other perks.
