Senior Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Assistant with a strong passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset, who will actively contribute to business growth by delivering excellence in sales and customer service.

• Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an exclusive and personalized shopping experience;
• provide a high-level sales service focused on achieving commercial targets;
• take care of the Store’s image in compliance with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines;
• recommend and suggest products according to customers’ needs, highlighting their features and benefits;
• maintain and continuously develop strong product knowledge;
• represent and promote the brand’s image, values, and standards;
• support the receiving of new shipments and organize stock efficiently to optimize sales;
• comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Solid knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles;
• strong customer and results orientation;
• ability to achieve and exceed sales targets;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• positive, proactive, and professional attitude;
• previous retail experience (preferably in fashion/luxury) is considered a plus;
• good command of the English language.
