Sales & Marketing Account Manager - Amazon

We are a Swedish company with a strong mission, to protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. We are now looking to strengthen the European E-tailer team with a Sales & Marketing Account Manager for Amazon.

The position will be situated in Salzburg. Join our team and help us to further expand POC's market share and improve the brand presence on Amazon.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Take full ownership of the European Amazon business, driving sustainable growth and operational excellence
  • Optimize internal processes across functions to enable scalability and efficiency
  • Define and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, including annual budgeting and performance forecasting.
  • Align annual sales targets and priorities in collaboration with the Sales Director and Head of E-tail Europe.
  • Continuously analyze product and category performance to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop product portfolio strategies based on in-depth sell-out data and market trends.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize brand visibility and product reach.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to set and achieve annual marketing goals tailored to Amazon.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand and product presentation to enhance the customer experience on the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Team player, excellent communicator & negotiator
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Results-oriented, highly motivated, and sales-focused mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of both retail and e-commerce sales strategies
  • Deep understanding of consumer online engagement and revenue optimization strategies
  • Proven experience working with Amazon, including Vendor and/or Seller Central platforms
  • Fulen in German, proficient in Business English
  • Passion for sports

Work experience:

  • Required: 1-3 years of Amazon account management experience for a consumer goods company or work experience at Amazon.

Gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Hinweis: Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beginnt in Gruppe F - Stufe 1 (1. Berufsjahr) EUR 2.807,00.
