For an exciting assignment with our customer, Siemens Energy Austria GmbH, we are currently looking for a Site Quality Manager (m/f/d) for our construction site in Bruck an der Leitha.

Your responsibilities
  • Advise Site Management on all quality management and project-specific quality issues
  • Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) on site
  • Coordinate with consortium members and subcontractors on QA/QC requirements
  • Oversee weld inspections and non-destructive examinations (NDE)
  • Manage deviations and non-conformances (CARs, NCRs)
  • Support pressure testing and compile technical site documentation
  • Coordinate document control and filing for quality-related documentation
Your qualifications
  • Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, master craftsman qualification or equivalent) in mechanical, metal, or materials engineering
  • Proven experience in quality management roles within industrial or construction projects, with a focus on site operations and QMS implementation
  • Certified as an International Welding Engineer/Technician, or a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI 3.2)
  • Certified to NDT Level 2 (ISO 9712, ASNT-TC-1A) in VT, PT, MT, and RI
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team

Your perspective

Depending on the specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 3.350 is envisaged (this in any case exceeds the minimum salary under the collective agreement). The final salary agreement will be reached in a personal meeting.
