Key Facts
Duration: starting July 2026 for a period of 1 yearWork location: primarily remote – attendance at the company site in Salzburg by agreement (approx. 1–2 times per month)
Working hours: minimum 30 hours up to full-time
Compensation: gross €1,600.00 per month based on full-time employment
Tasks
Support in coordinating ESG‑related customer requests for documents and data (e.g. policies, questionnaires, certificates, etc.)Contribution to the annual EcoVadis ESG-Rating submission as well as the annual ESG reporting
Maintenance, structuring, and updating of the central ESG document handbook (policies, manuals, guidelines, training materials)
Support of internal and external sustainability communications (e.g. intranet posts, articles, website content)
Active involvement in the coordination, support, and further development of the global sustainability-community (“ESG Champions”)Support in ESG risk management, particularly in relation to deforestation‑free supply chains (EUDR) & Supply Chain Due Dilligence
Close collaboration with internal departments and international teams
Skills
Ongoing or completed studies in sustainability, environmental management, food technology, business administration, or a related fieldIdeally, basic knowledge of project management and/or change management
Very good German and English skills
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interest in ESG topics and sustainable food production
Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive way of working
