Application deadline 06-18-2025 Tasks You will have the opportunity to work closely with our top management and to interact with a wide variety of departments across Austrian Airlines and Lufthansa Group through cross-functional projects and initiatives.
You will develop strategic concepts, presentations, decision papers and profitability evaluations to ensure the strategic development of Austrian Airlines. You will lead strategic projects and drive strategic topics together with our functional departments.
You will conduct market analyses and closely monitor industry trends and our competitors to derive strategic actions and growth potential. You will develop and facilitate strategy workshops with our functional departments and leadership team.
Requirements You hold a University degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management or related fields. You are passionate about aviation and have working experience in strategy, consulting or related fields. You are a motivated and goal-oriented problem solver who loves to work in a dynamic environment and always looks for ways to improve the status quo.
You have excellent communication skills and are great at collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across different hierarchy levels. Your are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. You are fluent in English, German is beneficial.
