Specialist Corporate CAPEX & Maintenance

• drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes to optimize downtime, costs, and preventive vs corrective strategies
• implement and enforce group-wide standards for maintenance and CAPEX processes
• act as global key user for CMMS/SAP-PM and CAPEX software tools
• support investment projects with project management and financial evaluation (ROI, IRR, NPV)
• coordinate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange across OPCOs
• define and monitor KPIs for maintenance and investment performance
• collaborate with HQ & OPCOs to simplify complexity and achieve common objectives
• participate in mill visits and meetings.

• university degree in technical or engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics)
• ideally solid experience in maintenance and investment management and strong knowledge of project management, purchasing, production, and technical controlling - if you are eager to learn but still missing that experience, we will train you
• advanced ERP (preferably SAP) and project management software skills
• analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills
• high proficiency in English, German is an advantage
• willingness to travel (25 % of working time).

This position comes with a minimum salary accordingly to Austrian collective bargaining agreement of EUR 4.141,24. We offer overpayment and an attractive benefits package based on experience.
