As Sales Force Effectiveness Manager (f/m/d) you are supporting the fields of CRM, Sales Operations, Business Planning & Analysis. In this role you are the backbone of Sales Force Effectiveness operations and do partner intensively with a variety of internal stakeholders (such as business units, district managers, KAMs and sales reps), to provide decision support based on your analyses and insights.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Turn Data into Insights: Analyze, update, and maintain data to create meaningful insights and dynamic dashboards that empower decision-making and drive success.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Take ownership of key, sales-relevant projects and guide them to successful outcomes, making a tangible difference in our business.
- Define and Deliver KPIs: Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) that enable Business Units and customer-facing teams to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Ensure Accurate Reporting: Proactively ensure all reporting requirements are met, delivering timely and precise information to stakeholders.
- Drive Market Insights to Action: Build L&R's market analysis capabilities and translate findings into actionable, commercial strategies that fuel growth and innovation.
- Support Strategic Segmentation: Collaborate with countries to optimize their segmentation and targeting processes, ensuring tailored strategies for market success.
- Enable Team Success with Training and Support: Provide hands-on technical and system-related support (CRM, BI tools, Segmentation tools, etc.), along with general training, to empower system users and enhance team effectiveness.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field - your academic knowledge will be key to driving impactful decisions.
- Professional Expertise: 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements in market analysis, sales, or business strategy.
- Analytical Mindset: A natural problem-solver with the ability to design, interpret, and develop meaningful market analyses that shape strategic outcomes.
- Technical Proficiency: Exceptional Excel skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Tech Savvy (Advantageous): Experience with tools like Qlik, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics), SQL, and Macros is a bonus that will accelerate your impact.
- Self-Starter Energy: A well-motivated go-getter who thrives under autonomy and demonstrates excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Team Player: A collaborative individual with proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong, lasting partnerships.

We want to meet you
