HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

We'll look for you to:

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guide people-related decisions.
• Drive talent and workforce planning, including recruitment, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Enhance employee performance and engagement while leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.

• Experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or comparable HR role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of Austrian labor law and employee relations.
• German and English fluency.
