Inside Sales (m/f/div)

Your Tasks:

• Offer and order processing
• Lead generation and activation: By actively identifying, generating and qualifying leads and interested parties through inbound and outbound channels, you promote lead generation and take care of their follow-up.
• Supporting existing customers: You support the sales team in maintaining existing customers, take care of appointments, follow-ups and actively maintain our customer relationships. You will independently approach target customers and conduct appropriate qualification interviews in order to understand the needs of potential customers and develop solutions.
• Data management: Researching, recording and maintaining customer data in our CRM system is also part of your job.
• Supporting marketing and sales activities: You will proactively contribute to all marketing and sales initiatives and become an active member of our sales team.

Your Profile:

• You are currently studying or already have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and build trust.
• You are fluent in english.
• A reliable and motivated team member who is passionate about sales and has a passion for the greentech sector.
• You are confident handling of common office applications and willingness to learn new tools (experience with CRM and ERP systems preferably).
• Interest for technology, acquisition of new knowledge (product know-how) is expected

Salary

The minimum salary is 2,668.69 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is compensated in the form of time off.
