Partner Operation Specialist (m/f)

YOUR MISSION:

• Channel Development & Management

• Partner Enablement & Certification

• Channel Operations & Data Management

• Business Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Policy Compliance & Risk Management

Monitor partner performance and compliance with Huawei channel policies Support audits and follow up on issue rectification

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's Degree degree in Business Management, Marketing or ICT, electric majors, information technologies, Mechanical Engineers, Automatic Control Engineering.
• 2 years of sufficient experience
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills;
• Patience, strong execution, good at excel and PPT will be preferred
• Be familiar with Channel business model, with channel experience will be preferred
• Fluent knowledge of Chinese and English language is mandatory; fluent German is a plus
