Responsibilities

Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment
Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams
Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks)
Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments
Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)
Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures
Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning

Requirements

Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments
Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software
Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing
Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL
Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation
Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
