Aufgabengebiet- Financial Reporting & Closing: Execute the monthly and annual closing processes for both financial and non-financial reporting with precision and efficiency.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate in the preparation of forecasts and budgets, aligning them with the company's strategic business objectives.
- Compliance & Control: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and external financial regulations.
- Automation & Digitalization: Actively participate in the implementation of automation tools and digital solutions to streamline financial workflows.
- Cost Center Controlling: Conduct thorough cost center controlling for Division Management, ensuring accurate allocation and vigilant monitoring of financial resources
- Project Participation: Participate in interdisciplinary projects to improve financial reporting and processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
- 2 years of professional experience in Business Services Finance, covering: Controlling or Consolidation or Tax documentation.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, cost accounting, and financial planning.
- First experience in using SAP FI/CO and BI tools.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with analytical tools.
- Fluency in English, German highly beneficial
- Proactive attitude with strong humbleness and a clear willingness to learn

The starting annual gross salary for this position is 65,000 EUR. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to significantly exceed this amount.
