What youll do- Support dealers & end users via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Guide customers on products and best practices
- Manage support tickets and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams on complex cases
- German (proficient/bilingual) + strong English
- 2+ years in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Problem-solving mindset & customer-first attitude
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced team
- €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus
- Monday–Friday schedule (09:00–18:00)
