Visual Creative Lead - Content & Production

Whether it’s for global brands or culturally driven campaigns, your work will flex between gritty, social-first storytelling and elevated cinematic moments.

This role is about turning big-picture strategy into grounded, production-ready concepts and then being there on set to ensure they come to life with impact. You’ll support and spar with other creatives, combining your vision with theirs to shape work that feels both crafted and authentic.

• Co-Create with Creators: Collaborate closely with DOPs and photographers, combining your visual ideas with theirs to build a unified, impactful look and feel.
• Own Concept Development: Translate strategy decks into fully formed production concepts, complete with visual language, tone, and executional direction.
• Lead On-Set Vision: Supervise shoots in a collaborative way, supporting the crew while ensuring the core creative vision is realized.
• Build Visually Smart Decks: Craft decks that turn strategy into actionable creative direction - grounded in production logic and cultural relevance.
• Deliver Gritty, Real Content: Prioritize visually honest, social-first content that resonates - while also scaling up to cinematic when the moment calls for it.
• Work Across Touchpoints: Lead visual output across formats, from fast-turnaround mobile-first content to full-scale brand films.
• Draw from a Hybrid Background: Bring experience in design, photography, or film - not traditional advertising - to offer fresh, format-native perspectives.
