Tasks
Independent and timely preparation, execution, and review of payroll for our employees in AustriaFirst point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners regarding payroll tax and social security matters
Responsibility for statutory reporting and certification requirements as well as communication with authorities and public institutions
Maintenance and administration of employee master data, ensuring a high level of data quality
Preparation of HR statistics and reports
Support during internal and external audits (e.g. payroll audits)
Close collaboration with HR colleagues as well as regular exchange with Finance and Controlling
Participation in payroll‑related projects
Continuous improvement and optimization of internal processes
Skills
Extensive, multi-year experience in payroll accounting combined with comprehensive knowledge of Austrian tax, labor, and social security law; knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security law is an advantage
SAP knowledge is an advantageConfident user of MS OfficeVery good German skills and good English skills

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.748,13 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
