As a Python developer (m/f/x) at Innerspace you focus on Python software development to build robust, user-centric tools that streamline business operations and support data-driven decision-making. You will create and maintain internal applications using Streamlit, write efficient code for data transformation, and collaborate with various teams to deliver production-ready tools that solve real problems.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys full-stack Python work with a strong emphasis on usability and performance.
Tasks
Software Engineering- Build internal web applications using Python and Streamlit to support business workflows
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Refactor and enhance existing tools for scalability and performance
- Implement data handling logic with Pandas, SQL, and file-based inputs/outputs
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate operational needs into robust applications
- Ensure proper testing, version control, and deployment practices
Requirements
Your Must-haves- 3+ years of Python software development experience
- Solid understanding of Streamlit, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks
- Experience with Pandas for data structuring and logic
- Experience building interactive web applications with Streamlit
- Familiarity with SQL and specifically Postgres
- Git, testing frameworks, and debugging skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) for styling Streamlit components
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker)
- Previous experience in building data tooling for business users
- A minimum gross salary of 60.000 € per year (overpayment possible)
- Flexible working time and the possibility to work from home
- Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)
- A modern office in Innsbruck, in the middle of the Alps
- Starting date as soon as possible
