• Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop strategies and expand our client network.
• Client Consulting: Act as a trusted partner for our clients, creating tailor-made solutions.
• Innovation & Growth: Contribute fresh ideas and help us continuously improve our services.
• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee leadership development programs from start to finish.

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or learning & development, ideally in the field of "Leadership Training & Coaching"
• Passion for leadership development & organizational growth
• Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for networking & client relations
• A structured, self-driven approach with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills in German & English

• Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Full time all-in contract (on site & home office)
• Fair Compensation: Monthly salary of EUR 3,800 gross
• Mobility & Sustainability: Annual public transport pass (Wiener Linien) included
