Transformation Program Manager (f/m/d)

We're looking for a Transformation Program Manager to join our Corporate Strategy, Innovation & Sustainability team and play a key role in driving crossfunctional transformation across the organization. In this position, you will work closely with senior leadership and program teams to shape, coordinate, and execute critical initiatives that strengthen our longterm strategic direction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic analysis and planning by collecting and evaluating data, assessing existing processes, and supporting the development of transformation strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Define and guide program structures, including the development of program and project charters, governance frameworks, and clear roadmaps that ensure effective execution.
• Lead and coordinate crossfunctional initiatives, working with interdisciplinary and intercultural teams to deliver results within set timelines, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Manage stakeholders and support change adoption by designing communication approaches, building strong engagement strategies, and fostering collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Measure performance and ensure transparency through the definition of milestones and KPIs, continuous progress monitoring, and preparation of clear reports and presentations for leadership.

Your Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including hands-on restructuring or transformation work in an industrial context.
• Strong program and project management abilities, with a proven track record of delivering complex, crossfunctional initiatives and fostering high performance across diverse teams.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, able to translate vision into actionable plans and guide teams from strategy to execution.
• Resilient, pragmatic, and culturally adaptable personality, comfortable working in international environments and navigating challenging stakeholder landscapes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to different audiences--ranging from senior executives to operational teams--and develop longterm partnerships.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65.432,36 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
