Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Abwicklung von Lkw-, See- und Luftfrachtsendungen
Erstellung der Exportdokumente sowie Ablage
Abstimmung von Terminen mit Kunden und Lieferanten
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Planung und Steuerung der Liefer- und Transportprozesse
Erstellung von Kennzahlen zur Optimierung der Logistikabläufe

Wir erwarten

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. Lehre Speditionskaufmann) oder Maturaniveau
Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Gute SAP- und MS Office-Kenntnisse
Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
Selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
Führerschein und eigener PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes von Vorteil
Grundlegende Zollkenntnisse von Vorteil
