Job Description
In this role, you take ownership of end-to-end recruiting for key positions across IMS, with a strong focus on attracting talent in highly competitive, technical environments. You act as a true partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring decisions and ensuring the right people join at the right time.At the same time, you help us continuously improve how we hire--making our processes more effective, scalable, and candidate-centric.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake to offer acceptance
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring clarity on role requirements and hiring decisions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Drive structured and objective interview and assessment processes
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning
- Represent IMS at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences to build strong talent pipelines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and standards
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a technical or high-demand talent environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Experience with structured interviewing and candidate assessment methods
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to work with recruiting KPIs and derive insights
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with different stakeholder groups
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Experience with modern ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools is a plus
- Experience in active sourcing and direct search is considered a strong advantage

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 65.000 EUR (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
