We are looking for you, located in Vienna as a
UX Designer (m/f/d)
Your tasks are:
- Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users as well as validate design decisions
- Designing visual elements, interactions and workflows that users will experience when interacting with a product or service
- Work and collaborate with product managers, development leads and designers and translate findings into bold, actionable insights
- Proactively challenging and improving the status quo by leveraging data and measurable metrics to inform and refine the design process
- Demonstrating the flexibility to reach compromises and contribute to bringing the product to a launch-ready state, while maintaining a strong user-centered focus
- Balancing technical feasibility, economic value, and user needs to ensure the product delivers tangible benefits for both the business and its users
You’ll bring in:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, HCI) and 3-5 years of related experience
- Fluency in the design process, with proven skills in tools like Figma, FigJam, and Zeroheight, plus experience contributing to Design Systems
- Solid planning and prioritizing abilities ensuring efficient collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of teamwork, valuing collective responsibility and shared goals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with working proficiency in English and German
- B2B experience and a background in healthcare are advantageous

The minimum salary for this position is 44.450 € gross per year (38.5 working hours) according to the IT-collective agreement, an overpayment plus bonus arrangement depending on qualification/experience is self-evident for us.
