Aufgabengebiet- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to identify and analyze project requirements
- Prepare inquiries and tender documents based on project scope and material strategy
- Communicate clearly with procurement colleagues to ensure timely responses and efficient processes
- Define all requirements and specifications during the transition from "sample" to "production-ready"
- Ensure supply continuity during project execution
- Monitor change activities to protect the company from potential supplier claims
- Quickly and accurately identify problems and report on status and required actions
- Lead all procurement-related functions within the project, including purchasing, contract management, supplier documentation management, and material management for assigned projects
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-tech environment
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively across departmental boundaries
- Experience with project and risk management methods and tools
- Ability to analyze bills of materials and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Very good command of English
