• Support dealers & end users via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Guide customers on products and best practices
• Manage support tickets and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex cases

• German (proficient/bilingual) + strong English
• 2+ years in Customer Service or Technical Support
• Problem-solving mindset & customer-first attitude
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced team

• €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus
• Monday–Friday schedule (09:00–18:00)
