YOUR TASKS:

• Assume responsibility for the Process Management team.
• Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of Process Management, supporting Multi-Category Portfolio expansion and Omni-Channel distribution initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of end-to-end processes and activities within Process Management to enhance efficiency and improve customer service through continual optimization.
• Plan and coordinate multi-category, cross-departmental activities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage departmental projects and collaborate in cross-functional, interdepartmental initiatives.
• Oversee supply chain systems and maintain effective interfaces.
• Provide leadership, development, and motivation to the Process Management Team to ensure the long-term success of the department.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in economics with relevant specializations and practical experience in supply chain, logistics, process management, business administration/development, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally.
• Strategic, process-driven, creative, and customer-focused.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, hands-on approach, and independent, structured work style.
• Solid communication, interpersonal skills, and innovative mindset.
• Team player with initiative and a willingness to experiment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Familiar with SAP, interface management, and tools like Power BI.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
