Drive the global rollout and continuous improvement of leadership, high‑potential, and other strategic development programs in close collaboration with regional HR teams
Shape and implement global initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, recognition and long‑term retention
Advance the development of a diverse and inclusive global talent pipeline
Proven experience in designing and conceptualizing development programs (leadership, high potentials, career paths, etc.)
Strong strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Clear and effective communication skills for working with diverse global stakeholders at different organizational levels
High proficiency in using KPIs and analytics to drive decision‑making; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus
Ability to navigate complexity, work across cultures and time zones, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Tasks
Lead the design, enhancement, and global coordination of development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, career pathing, and talent pipelinesDrive the global rollout and continuous improvement of leadership, high‑potential, and other strategic development programs in close collaboration with regional HR teams
Shape and implement global initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, recognition and long‑term retention
Advance the development of a diverse and inclusive global talent pipeline
Monitor, analyze, and report on key global talent metrics, deriving insights and recommendations for senior leadership
Skills
5+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, organizational development, or related fields (global exposure preferred)Proven experience in designing and conceptualizing development programs (leadership, high potentials, career paths, etc.)
Strong strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Clear and effective communication skills for working with diverse global stakeholders at different organizational levels
High proficiency in using KPIs and analytics to drive decision‑making; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a plus

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3.748,13 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
