To strengthen our motivated Sales Support Team at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Tender Coordinator (m/f/d).
Your Role- You are organizing tender documents independently
- You are facilitating clear and consistent communication and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders
- You are analyzing cost calculations and handling customer price bid files with accuracy
- You are following up on tender feedback to support continuous improvement
- You are reporting key metrics and maintaining accurate records throughout the process
- You already gained at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the packaging industry
- You collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and work independently with a strong sense of ownership
- You have a sharp analytical mindset and confidently handle large data sets with precision and attention to detail
- You are proficient in MS Excel (including Macros, PivotTables, etc.) and Power BI, using these tools to turn data into insights
- You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and German (C1+), additional languages are an advantage
