Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role- Project Management Support: Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and coordinating cross-functional meetings to support effective project tracking
- Agile Team Support: Serve as a junior Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and tracking metrics to help agile teams excel
- Continuous Improvement: Promote agile principles and encourage ongoing process improvements within a hybrid project management setup
- Product Lifecycle Exposure: Gain valuable practical experience throughout the full product development cycle, from concept to mass production under guidance from senior project managers
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed- Education: Student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Computer), Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, basic knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban is advantageous
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken English, German as a plus
- Teamwork: Good interpersonal and teamwork qualities
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
