Demand Planning Manager (m/f/d), Vienna, part time 0,6 FTE
to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory planning and procurement activities, placing import orders based on real-time stock levels and sales forecasts, while ensuring alignment with ERP system (SAP) parameters
- Drive inventory optimization by monitoring key metrics such as Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Months of Coverage (MOC), and safety stock ratios to maintain healthy stock levels
- Lead forecast adjustments in collaboration with sales and commercial teams, adapting to changing market demand and supply dynamics
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of SAP master data, supporting consistent and reliable operational performance
- Coordinate and execute product lifecycle events including product launches, transfers, divestments, discontinuations, and expiration management
- Maintain Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) documentation and reports, supporting both local and regional business planning activities
- Prepare regular performance and inventory reports for internal stakeholders, including local leadership and cross-functional departments
- Oversee channel demand accuracy by monitoring forecast deviations and collaborating with customer-facing teams to align projections with reality
- Conduct monthly stock reviews, identify potential write-offs, and initiate corrective actions to minimize waste and financial impact
- Ensure compliance with global operating procedures, national regulatory requirements, and international trade standards across all supply chain activities
Essential requirements :
- Graduated degree in logistics, supply chain, economics, or business management
- Experienced or post graduated in logistics, supply chain
- Full professional proficiency in English, Proficiency in German as advantage
- High Level of PC literacy (MS Office)
- Strong time management skills
- Effective communication skills
