We oversee a diversified portfolio of more than EUR1 billion across the DACH and CEE regions, with a strong focus on long-term value creation through disciplined investment strategies.To further expand our transaction team, we are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Financial Analyst (m/f/d) to support our Real Estate Transactions & M&A activities.
Key Responsibilities- Investment Analysis & Underwriting: Conduct in-depth market, financial and asset analyses to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including DCF and IRR analyses, scenario planning and sensitivity testing.
- Transaction Execution: Support the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions, including coordination of external advisors.
- Due Diligence: Assist in the management and review of financial, legal, technical and commercial due diligence workstreams.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, board presentations and market briefings for senior management and international investors.
- Strategic Contribution: Actively contribute to the formulation and implementation of investment strategies and capital deployment plans.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor sector trends, competitive landscapes and macroeconomic developments relevant to the real estate investment business.
- Education: Outstanding academic background with a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, consulting or a comparable environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong command of financial modelling and valuation methodologies; advanced Excel proficiency required, knowledge of Argus or similar software is advantageous.
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Exceptional quantitative skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
- Mindset & Work Ethic: Proactive, entrepreneurial and highly driven personality with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English. Additional CEE language skills are an asset.
