BUSINESS PARTNER CONTROLLING & FINANCE (M/W/D)

Our group controlling team is a key player in supporting business decisions and overall steering of the global Stoelzle Glass Group. As business partner controlling & finance you support the implementation of the business unit strategy and you are very close to the daily operational business.As group controlling we are responsible for designing, improving and transforming all functionals finance processes to responds to a constantly changing environment.
Your main tasks include:
- Ensure efficient operation and high-quality execution of controlling processes (Reporting, Budget, Forecasts, Monthly Closing) according to Group standards.
- Ensure high quality reporting for BU Performance. Provide analyses to BU Head, Group Controlling, CAG Holding and Supervisory Board. Support Target Setting and Financial Analyses to BU Head. Ensure effective Performance Management of Profit Centres related to BU.
- Ensure high quality of monthly closing process, manage forecasting and budgeting processes according to group timelines.
- Continuous improvement of Finance processes and systems.
The requirments are:
- Degree in economics (Finance, Business Administration, Controlling)
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Good understanding of interdependences of internal and external financial reporting
- High analytic skills paired with entrepreneurial understanding
- Strong communication skills and confident presentation skills
- Fluent English
