• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with international key accounts, particularly within the speciality paper and packaging industries
• Drive growth by identifying market potential and strengthening partner relationships
• Implement and drive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Update of key internal stakeholders on market requirements and formulation of strategic consequences
• Present products at trade fairs and specialist events
• Collaborate closely with customer site management teams
• Undertake regular international travel (around 30% to Europe, Asia and North America)

Anforderungsprofil

Professional Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 6-10 year's professional experience, background in management consulting, preferably in the paper or packaging sector
• Strong strategic thinking and analytically skills
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and numerical skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
• Fluent in English (working language) and very good German, both written and spoken
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder interests with resilience and initiative
