Our department Credit RWA Management and Methods is part of the Group Enterprise-wide Risk Management and is responsible for managing Credit RWA with the aim for an optimized application of the Basel framework and ensuring an efficient and automated calculation infrastructure including a capable analytics framework.

Your Tasks
  • Defining and applying analytics: Monitor and analyze relevant indicators to steer credit RWA and its drivers, enhancing processes based on current risk and business focus
  • Participating in meetings and steering committees: Actively contribute to regular and ad hoc meetings, focusing on ongoing credit RWA (Pillar 1+2) topics
  • Strategic initiatives: Drive and contribute bank-wide strategic initiatives, proposing improvements and innovations in cRWA reporting
  • Expert advice: Provide expert input on complex topics, offering solutions within your area of responsibility
  • Stakeholder relations: Independently manage relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting RWA initiatives to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Your Background
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in risk management areas
  • Interest in understanding complex data structures and processes
  • Attention to detail and interest in working with data and IT related issues
  • Ability to work across diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python is an advantage
