Join a fast-growing global technology company helping businesses successfully adopt digital tools and solutions. We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to guide customers through onboarding and ensure they gain maximum value from the platform.
This role focuses on customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and driving adoption — not sales.

What You'll Do- Conduct customer onboarding sessions and product orientation
- Deliver demos and presentations using prepared materials
- Help customers implement the solution over a 5–10 week adoption period
- Tailor the platform setup to customer needs
- Monitor customer adoption and engagement rates
- Share best practices to ensure successful product usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- C1/C2 German (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Comfortable presenting and speaking on camera
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Technically confident with digital tools and platforms
- Ability to guide customers through structured onboarding processes
- Base Salary: €1,687.26/month (×12)
- Quarterly Bonus: €728.59
Estimated total compensation:
- €1,687 – €1,930+ monthly equivalent depending on bonus
