We are a fast-growing, young company with close cooperation partners in the media environment in Salzburg and the surrounding area. Together we work on exciting, creative and diverse diverse projects with regional and international reach.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager (f/m/d).
In this role, you will be a sparring partner for our stakeholders and ensure transparency, timely implementation and smooth project progress. Please note: A valid EU visa is required for applications from abroad.

YOUR TASKS- Management and planning of graphic and post-production projects.
- Coordination and communication between internal teams (creation, marketing, production), as well as external partners and service providers.
- Ensuring that project goals are met in terms of quality, time and budget.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress to management.
- Risk management and proactive solution finding.
- Being the point of contact for clients and overseeing the transfer and archiving of files.
YOUR PROFILE
Your background & previous achievements:
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in media-related project management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, team spirit and a structured way of working.
- Eagerness to learn and openness to new subject areas.
- Enthusiasm for creative media projects and current industry trends.
- Excellent written and spoken English; native level German is not required
- Competitive salary according to the Austrian collective agreement with overpayment.
