Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Senior Global SAP Project Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise-wide SAP transformation program. This role combines deep SAP project management expertise with strong global program leadership and exceptional stakeholder management.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global SAP transformation program (multi-country, multi-module)Ensure alignment between IT, global/local business units, and C-suite stakeholders
Drive business adoption, not just technical implementation
Act as a bridge-builder across functions, regions, and leadership levels
Ensure strong governance, risk management, and delivery discipline
On-time, on-budget SAP program delivery
Strong alignment between business objectives and IT delivery
Fluent German and English skills
Skills
Several years of experience in ERP/SAP rollout project and program managementProven track record leading global SAP implementations
Experience in international environments; manufacturing industry is a plus
Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior executives and diverse stakeholders
Highly proactive, hands-on, and results-driven with strong ownership
Structured, solution-oriented working style
Project management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) preferred
Fluent German and English skills

The minimum salary for this position is €3,748.13 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment in line with your qualifications and experience is, of course, a given for us.
