Department: General Manager Europe Location: Salzburg with some home-office
Tasks
Act as the control tower of large strategic and transformation projectsOversee the full project lifecycle: from pipeline planning and prioritization to execution and post-implementation review
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsAct as a sparring partner to project leads, functions, VP of Sales and General Manager, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and value creation plans
Consolidate and report project KPIs, risks, and milestones to the Executive Committee
Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and best practices tailored to the food industry context
Skills
5+ years of experience in strategic project management in a leading consulting firm. Exposure to the food industry seen as a plus, Good track record in project management and steering; exposure to transformation project considered as a plusProficiency in project management methodologies
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Hands-on mentality, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment

The minimum gross salary for this position is € 3,477.13 per month on a full-time basis. We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
