Focus areas include manufacturing, shopfloor operations, maintenance, S&OP processes, and technical infrastructure
  • Operational Excellence Agenda: Develop and steer the Group's Operational Excellence roadmap in close collaboration with business units. Identify, prioritize, and quantify optimization opportunities based on solid business cases

  • Several years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Process Optimization, or Supply Chain Management - ideally within a global manufacturing or consulting environment with exposure to plastics processing
  • Proven track record in implementing operational excellence programs and leading successful projects and change initiatives
  • Solid understanding of S&OP processes and expertise in Lean methodologies, continuous improvement (CIP), Six Sigma, or comparable frameworks (recognized certifications are a plus)
  • Experience in leading projects or teams in an international context
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and a good sense of business interrelationships and key financial figures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30-40%)

The position is based in Kremsmünster or Vienna.
