Social Media Manager - YouTube (Streaming & Entertainment - German Market)

Working closely with video editors, creatives, and strategists, you’ll build a YouTube presence that’s as entertaining as it is effective — backed by data, driven by trends, and shaped by your vision.

• Own YouTube Strategy: Lead and execute content plans tailored to film and series releases, aligning with the brand's tone, audience, and performance goals.
• Leverage Platform Know-How: Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm shifts — and turn them into strategic opportunities for growth.
• Optimize for Discovery: Craft high-impact titles, descriptions, and thumbnails that improve visibility and drive engagement through SEO best practices.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work hand-in-hand with editors and creatives to shape compelling, platform-native video content that resonates.
• Bring Structure & Vision: Balance strong planning and organizational skills with fresh, bold ideas that push the brand forward.
• Understand the Audience: Use insights and trend awareness to connect with Gen Z and Millennial viewers in the German entertainment space.
• Contribute Hands-On: Support video production with briefing, feedback, and light editing skills — bringing an agile mindset to a fast-moving content workflow.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
