Acting as a single point of contact for our clients, we provide a variety of financing solutions and actively manage client exposures with a view on regional and product diversification.We foster close cooperation with local Erste sales units, product experts and other internal service providers and coordinate and drive external as well as internal business processes.

• You will play an active role in the execution of high profile real estate transactions throughout the Erste region
• You will take part in origination efforts vis-a-vis top notch real estate clients including taking part in client meetings and negotiations
• Preparing credit/transaction applications and briefing materials for senior management will be part of your daily routine as well as composing credit/transaction applications (with guidance by superiors)
• You are passionate about sophisticated credit analysis based on a deep understanding of clients' financial statements and cash-flow modelling
• You work in interdisciplinary and multinational transaction teams across different Erste Group geographies, product and coverage units
• You will be monitoring and reviewing existing portfolio assets, composing reports and managing risks

• Excellent educational background and a university degree in finance, business, law, mathematics or similar with a study focus on banking & finance, corporate or real estate finance
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Good quantitative capabilities combined with a high willingness and ability to learn quickly with a strong attention to detail
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• English is our working language, fluency in German and/or a CEE language is a plus

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
