What you'll be handling:
- Managing the calendar and coordinating appointments for the Director of Digital & IT
- Organising and following up on meetings, workshops and events
- Creating presentations, reports and minutes
- Managing and coordinating internal and external communication
- Supporting project management and special initiatives
- Maintaining and managing documents in various systems
- Acting as an interface and contact person for internal departments and external partners
- Assisting with the implementation of ITSM processes and governance guidelines
What you'll need:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in the IT or digital environment
- Strong organisational skills and a high degree of initiative
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in using digital tools
- Very good German and English skills
- Discretion, reliability and strong team orientation
- Interest in digital topics and IT processes

We offer an attractive and competitive salary, based on qualifications and professional experience. The collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 47.481 for a full-time position.
