What you'll do
As part of our Corporate Development and M&A team at the group HQ, you'll work on high-impact initiatives with exposure to senior leadership. From market analysis to full transaction execution and supporting our country organizations with strategic projects - you'll help move ideas into action.
- Analyze M&A targets, conduct market and competitor analyses and prepare clear, insightful presentations
- Support the preparation and execution of M&A transactions, including valuations, data room management, and coordination of due diligence processes
- Build and refine financial models for M&A deals and new business cases, conduct cash flow and liquidity planning, also supporting the finance function
- Work on internal strategic projects (e.g., new market entries, product lines, restructurings, business optimizations)
- Act as a sparring partner for senior stakeholders across the group, advising on the financial and strategic implications of planned initiatives
- Engage with external advisors (e.g., consultants, lawyers, auditors) and coordinate document reviews (NDAs, LOIs, SPAs, etc.)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar strategic/financial role
- Strong financial and business acumen - including experience in valuations, financial modeling, solid understanding of accounting and M&A implications
- Structured, analytical mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, plus a clear communication style in English and German;
- High level of integrity, ownership, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel up to 20-30%
- Bonus: experience in industrial or food sectors, and/or additional CEE language skills

- This position is subject to an all-in agreement and includes the option of flexitime.
Salary
The actual minimum salary is 3,500.00 EUR gross per month (on a 40-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year. In addition, a monthly bonus is paid.
