• You will lead a team of about 8-12 employees, consisting of technicians working in-house and on our projects
• Employee leadership & development, as well as international project management are your main tasks
• You prepare your employees for the future through continuous improvement and process optimization
• You are responsible for your projects in the areas of cost, quality and on-time delivery

• You have already gained experience as a manager
• You have several years of experience in IT
• You have the ability to set goals, to inspire employees and to achieve them together
• You speak German and English
• You are internationally on business trips for approx. 20% of the working time

Therefore, we determine your gross salary individually with you. An overpayment of the monthly minimum salary of EUR 4.299,70 gross according to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry is of course possible depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
