As Supply Chain Planning Team Lead, you will own and drive the downstream balancing pillar of our global S&OP process supported by SAP IBP. You will ensure that the global demand plan is translated into a realistic, capacity-aligned supply, inventory, and production plan, while leading a high-performing team and orchestrating cross-functional alignment.
Acting as both process owner and system expert, you will shape standards, strengthen planning capabilities, and continuously enhance tools and ways of working across our global organization.
