If you’re ready for a rewarding challenge in the skies, apply now and soar with us!✈️ Requirements The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Legal, Social Sciences, or Business Administration With a Master’s degree: 2–3 years of relevant HR experience With a Bachelor’s degree: 4–6 years of relevant HR experience Ideally, have a basic understanding of Austrian labour law and ability to handle companies with different CBAs Excellent verbal and written English and German communication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cost-consciousness Able to work well under pressure and adapt to change Skilled in conflict resolution and supporting organizational transformation Strong customer focus, professionalism, reliability, and responsibility Independent, proactive, with good judgment and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and intercultural sensitivity Must have work permit for the assignment country Willingness to travel We kindly request that all applicants submit a CV/Resume and Cover Letter with their application for this position.
